Discussions

  1. Many repositories (AMA Physicians, CMS NPI numbers, etc.) but are any authoritative for a jabber address?
  2. Question of where to store the jabber address for every physician
  3. Security from spoofing of physician identity is required
  4. Setting up an XMPP router to enable discovery of deliverable addresses with a service layer that can expose the jabber address
  5. Security layer in the middle between the user at one end and the
  6. The DNS analogy allows starting small as an example for testing
  7. XMPP supports certificates for authentication -- but who is the CA?
