What are we missing?

Sometimes it's difficult to know just what documentation needs we need to fill. After all, we've been living the Direct Project for the past year, so it's easy to get caught in our own blind spot. So we reach out to you, members of the Direct Project community and interested readers. What misconceptions have you heard about the Direct Project? What explanations have you found yourself giving over and over again? Where are you constantly referring your fan club?
