· Next up – bring up for consensus on the Wiki and then teeing up for a call for consensus on

Primary care provider sends patient immunization data to public health
· Data exchange is not as specific as we’d like it to be
· Consensus that it abides by the design principals and isn’t too specific
· Reach consensus on this being in its final form
· Objections? None. This is the final form.
· Decisions: The “Primary care provider sends patient immunization data to public health” User Story is now “Workgroup Consensus
· Workgroup Members will vote on consensus for User Stories: User Story Workgroup Endorsement


· Arien will create a Long Term Care Story
· Arien will create a Quality Reporting Registry
