Pilot Projects
Several Direct Project pilot projects are taking place across the country. Each is explained below using a Pilot Project Briefing document template (also linked below). The Implementation Geographies Workgroup uses its weekly conference call to receive updates from each pilot project and proactively determine how to help each initiative succeed. To submit a pilot project, create a new wiki page using the Pilot Project Brief Template and create a link to the new page below. Before doing so, ensure that the participating organizations are committed to following through on the implementation and meet the guidelines set forth in the Implementation Geographies Participation Guidelines Check List.
